Welcome to Tyler's Town

Population: 1, so far...

Clip_image002_1Tyler is a 5-year-old (approx.) male shepard mix that was picked up off the streets of N.O. 10/10/05 by the LA Humane Society. He was so scared he wouldn't walk, and was carried out from under the house where he was hiding.

He was traumatized by the hurricane, but he's a really nice dog. He needs a good home, some love & some patience. He has been living with me since we returned from the Gulf on 10/16. He won't let me out of his sight when I'm at home. You can see in his eyes "I"ve lost 1 owner — I'm not losing another." He gets along really well with my 2 dogs and has left my cat alone after being scolded (only once) for chasing her. He seems to learn quickly. He has had an issue with being tugged by his collar, but that has been manageable. He loves having his leash attached though and going for walks.100_3028

He is housebroken, has been neutered, microchipped and has all of his shots. He can be adopted through Happy Hills Animal Foundation for $170 as of 11/17/05. I would love to find someone to foster to adoption. I don't want to keep moving this poor guy around.

Thanks to Kelly Ronnow for this update!
