In case you haven't heard, Michael Vick, the 2nd highest paid NFL player ($130 million), has been indicted for charges related to operating a brutal dogfighting ring.  Statements included in his indictment include acts beyond barbaric.

NC Hearing, Proposed Rules for Animal Shelters

Speak out for humane treatment of animals in NC!

Proposed rules include approval of carbon monoxide gas chambers to kill shelter animals, among other items.
