Flood749089_2 Tiffany Mahaffey, the ASPCA's Disaster Preparedness Manager, cuddles a sweet black kitty who is happy to be alive. This kitten was washed ashore from the floodwaters of Coffeyville. Rescued by two little boys and an ASPCA team, he was dehydrated and on the brink of death. His rescuers gave him fluids and nursed him back to health--they expect him to be just fine!
