Missouri - Scared Animals Emerge from Debris
JOPLIN HUMANE SOCIETY AIDS TORNADO ANIMAL VICTIMS
Joplin Humane Society is the nearest local facility for Seneca, MO tornado
victims. Shelter staff in Joplin are conducting rescue work. Many animals
have been found dead. Surviving animals are just now coming out of hiding.

who’ve found their companion animals but have no pet supplies.

HUMANE SOCIETY OF MISSOURI (HSOM)
HSOM has deployed a 6-person disaster team and trailer to aid Missouri
tornado victims. HSOM and FEMA are coordinating funding for shelter efforts
in stricken area.
